As a family owned and operated company, Luckstone puts its workers first. That’s why the values-driven company, which serves as one of the largest quarry networks in the country, asked us to take a look at redesigning its scale houses, shop spaces, and other key gathering areas for the employees it holds in such high regard. Our goal was to ensure each quarry site served as a visually inspiring, comfortable place for employees to find both connection and productivity. We utilized the company colors—yellow and bright green—to deliver bold visuals and graphics to the scale house design and shop spaces, creating modern and clean industrial structures that bridged the aesthetic gap between the field and the corporate offices. Today, each quarry site offers an engaging environment for employees that is as much about their personal growth and potential as it is about performing a particular role at the caring organization.
